Doug Tosh was very professional and very detailed and knowledgeable in explaining the technology in my new car. Clayton Lewis, the finance guy, was very patient and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with my new car purchase!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Javier the sales man was very patient and showed us around as well as the car. I purchased my truck from him and the following day i went back and purchased a vehicle for my wife as well. I will be going to these guys from now on. An to be fare i went to 12 dealerships and they would raise the price and add extra stuff on as well. Northside Lexus i walked in and Javier was up front about everything . Sadly, our brand new 2025 RX350 was totaled in an accident in December. Doug was able to find the exact same car(2026) for us and helped to make the transition to a new car as smooth as possible. This is our fifth Lexus with the Northside and they've always been so professional and helpful. We will be back when it's time for our next car.
