i was a loyal customer of hayes since 2018 when we moved down from NJ and last year on 2025 they sold me a car that had tons of problems which i ended up winning the lemon law and through the hole process they stopped providing me loaners, i took my jeep for a oil change and they change my brand new read wiper blade for a old one which i noticed 2 weeks later and didn;t repond for it. recently y purchased a brand new 2026 RAM Rebel brand new at a different dealer where i felt cared, and value which is the most important thing for me. also at the time of the purchase of the jeep i got a service contract for 8 oil changes and on my second one one of the service advisors told me "buddy this is your last oil change, the next one you will have to pay". i felt robbed.

Nobody replies to emails, Reached out to numerous individuals and received no response to anything. Nobody cares once you sign the papers. Salesman was fine, everyone else after ruined the experience. They also did not put the temp tag on, tried to ask us to drive an hour + back to the dealership, which was refused, so they had to come to our office to do it.

I have my jeep compass latitude back to the dealership for another problem on 3/16/2026 making sure it will be drivable have to keep it for a while. I’m sure it will work out fine when I get it back.

We went to several dealerships, and the on line no haggle sites. Could not find what we wanted. Found it at Hayes! Our Jeep has low miles, great interior and body, and good warranty! Enrique is very knowledgeable about Jeeps. And fun to deal with.

This is second truck I bought from this dealer in the last year , paid out $14.000 dollars in down payments , brought the truck in for a couple of things to get checked out , one is a vibration when accelerating from a stop but only when I pull my camper , I even pulled the camper to the dealer so I could show them what it was doing , I took one of the technicians out with me and showed him what it was doing and he told me it would be hard to fix because it only does it when I pull my camper but he would check it out , after a couple days I was told that they couldn’t fix it and I should call customer service , so I did and when the customer service representative called the dealer and spoke with them she was told that I couldn’t duplicate the vibration and that my camper was too big for my truck , I have a 2024 ram 3500 single rear wheel with the Cummins diesel and my camper fully loaded is 15,000 lbs which is well within the tow capacity, so I talked with the general manager and he told me that he would change the part that I think is faulty but if that didn’t fix the problem they would not make any more repairs or spend any more time on it , so I called customer service back and they suggested I take it to another dealer , very poor customer service.

I was told that they would replace a part that I thought was the issue but if that did not repair the issue that they would waste any more time trying to find out what the problem is because it only happens when I pull my camper , I also don’t know what they mean by good faith because the truck is still under the power train warranty also I was able to duplicate the problem with the technician in the truck with me , after I called customer service and the representative talked with the service advisor at the dealership she was told that I could not duplicate the issue and that my camper was to big for my truck , my camper is 45 feet long and weighs 15,000 lbs fully loaded well within the 20,000 lbs towing capacity and a hitch weight of 3300 lbs also well within the 4300 lbs payload capacity so their response is only part of what really happened .
I’m not sure what good faith means because the truck is still under the powertrain warranty , the service department said they can’t find anything and my camper is too big for the truck , my camper weighs 15,000 pounds fully loaded so well within the 20,000 pound towing capacity and has a hitch weight of 3300 pounds again well within the 4300 pound payload capacity , the general manager told me he would change the part that I think is defective but if it doesn’t fix it he will not continue to try and diagnose the problem or waste any more time on it , so I called customer service and they told me that I should take it it to a different dealer , very poor customer service especially for a repeat customer .
