***BAD!!! SHADEY!!!*** Spoke to sales in the early morning on 3-13-2026 about a car. they said it was available and they sent me the credit application. I filled it out with in 5 minutes. They called me about 30 min later telling me I was approved but told me I could not reserve the car or put a deposit on it. Then an hour or so the finance guy scott who sounded like he was on speed or something (all over the place) told me someone else was looking at the car and going to buy it unless i wired the money for the down right away. I told him i wanted to see the contract and he said he would send it then did not. 30 min later i got a call back asking if i wired and that I would lose the car. He then told me that he would text me the wire info and details on payment. I told him the payment that my sales rep discussed, and he said that was not the payment that it was higher. He then told me with all for the thousands of dollars of warranty, gap insurance, and more it would be higher. I explained to him as I had already to him and my sale rep i did not want any of that and then he said it looks like the other person is here and going to buy the car. clearly trying to force me in to all the junk fee items. highly unethical and illegal. They still have not sent me my credit information or my loan contract from pulling my credit.

I was dealing with a fantastic sales professional, Stacey, and the deal was looking favorable until he had a family emergency and handed me off to someone named Jamal. Jamal began by telling me that the tool used on the Southtowne website to determine my trade and credit worthiness was only an estimate (Stacey never mentioned this once) to justify the payment being wildly different than what I was quoted by their own tool, and proceeded to devalue my trade over the phone, talked over me, played games, and then hung up when I wouldn't agree. I have an excellent car with a trade valued 5k higher elsewhere, along with near-perfect credit, for reference. None of this mattered, and he couldn't tell me why. Jamal is the exact reason why people dread dealing with dealerships, and seems to get a kick out of being unprofessional. I will never shop here again, and genuinely wish I could have just continued dealing with Stacey instead of the obnoxious person I was handed to.

Had my vehicle towed in as the emergency brake would not release and they had it repaired under warranty and ready for pick up in just a few hours You can buy a car anywhere but when you have a problem the service department is what's important I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs!!!!

Andrew Martin was fantastic! I haven't bought a truck in over 15 years and Andrew was very helpful and patient. We did almost everything over the phone and it was so easy. Bennie was an awesome salesman He listened to what we wanted and made the experience very enjoyable.

Southtowne delivered the worst dealership experience I’ve had to date. It started with the first point of contact, an intern sales rep who came across dry and not welcoming. I drove about an hour to specifically see a Hummer EV that was listed as “on the lot,” only to learn it wasn’t there. The other Hummer EVs on site were reportedly in GM buy-back status, so the trip was a waste of time. To be fair, the salesperson I worked with tried to help, but it was clear he wasn’t getting support from management. I asked for preliminary numbers to understand where a deal might land; two days later I still had no figures and no follow-up from anyone. Overall, the process felt careless and disorganized, incorrect inventory information, poor communication, and zero urgency. I left frustrated and without the basic courtesy of a callback. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My salesman Riley was especially helpful and patient with me making choices and costs. He also walked me through setting up phone ,etc.
