We selected Mercedes-Benz of Huntington based on its reputation and positive reviews, and until recently our experience had been satisfactory. Our 2019 A220 (88,000 miles) — properly maintained with all required services completed, many at this dealership — developed a serious M260 engine failure involving misfires and loss of performance. The vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately three weeks before we received meaningful clarity. We were initially told the issue might fall under an extended warranty covering the lower engine, but were later informed it involved the upper engine and would not be covered. We were given only a verbal estimate of approximately $6,000 and no written diagnostic report. After retrieving the vehicle, we obtained an independent inspection from a Mercedes-specialized shop. That mechanic advised the engine would require full replacement at a minimum cost of approximately $12,000. We formally escalated the matter to Mercedes-Benz USA (Case #20086728) and contacted dealership leadership directly. Despite confirmed receipt of our correspondence, we have received no substantive response. A major engine failure at 88,000 miles on a well-maintained vehicle is not what one expects from a premium brand. We are seeking a fair and proportionate resolution.

Just bought my 2nd E 350 from them and Brian Haney was my salesman. I have always been pleased with their service which has been excellent and responsive. I was especially pleased with Brian. He is terrific. Very easy to talk to and deal with, pays attention to what you say and want and is a delight to deal with. He is certainly NOT your typical cars salesperson.
