First of many vehicles I've purchased from west herr that im not even a little excited about. Finance guy kept congratulating me even though I didnt sign anything. Salesman had me on phone with my insurance company before I even knew my payment options . Also my vehicle was supposed to be paid off then I see in my paperwork they were 1500 off and my down payment went towards that .Def last vehicle i buy from them
