My first time at this dealership and new to the area. Went in for an oil change and accepted a needed wheel alignment. Just before I was ready to leave, I was told that my back brakes were at 1mm and needed to be replaced as soon as tomorrow but definitely by next week. However, they must of forgotten that they gave me a vehicle condition report that said my brakes were at 5mm not the 1mm this new checkout document showed. I hope they enjoyed that $245.00, because it’s the last they’ll ever get.

It was about November 11 and my service rep was Mr. Kalon Smith. Actually I am ready to crown him Mr. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. Safe to say, I felt as though he is looking out for me in spite of the fact that he works for the dealership! He pulled rabbits out of the hat/invoice that amazed this senior citizen. As usual, the work that I needed was done by expert! I sincerely want to thank him and the next time I schedule a service, I am going to be certain that he is at work on that day. I am [for] serious! Thank you, dealership!

He was welcoming, genuine, and incredibly easy to talk to, none of that usual sales pressure or games you expect from a car lot. A few days later, when we popped back in without an appointment, Nick surprised us with perfect timing. A trade-in offer came in just in the nick of time for the exact vehicle we had our eyes on, and he made it a priority to make sure we got it. Even though he was clearly juggling four different customers at once, he somehow managed to give everyone the attention they needed without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. That alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Nick was straightforward and honest—no tactics, no runaround, no gimmicks. Just a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish, and that’s exactly what made working with him such a relief. Also, a huge shout-out to Greg in finance. He made the signing process smooth, informative, and stress-free. Greg took the time to explain everything clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and we genuinely appreciated how professional and patient he was throughout the entire transaction.
