My wife Michelle and I, have been looking for a new car for several years, and we just didn't find the right one, that is until we came to Sheehy Toyota in Stafford. Upon walking into the showroom, we were greeted by Seth Bryant, he was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us an opportunity to take a car for a test drive and complete our runs of picking up our children from work and school (5 children). We did not make it back to the dealership until right at 8 pm which was closing time. Seth was right there and after we said that we like the car and will be back the next day, since it was after 8. Seth said that he had everything and everyone set up and if we were ready to make the purchase then we would be able to complete the purchase that night. You truly have a great asset in Seth, and the finance rep was also awesome, who was very patient and answered all of our questions, My wife and I did not feel rushed at all. To top the night off Ms. Cecilia Mondragonpina was extremely helpful and she stayed late into the evening to ensure that MIchelle was comfortable with all the options of driving our new Toyota Camry. It was well past nine pm, one hour after regular closing time, but she was right there next to Michelle assisting her, it was truly remarkable how helpful that she was to Michelle. These three employees went above and beyond to provide our family with exceptional service. Job Well Done! We will definitely be back soon to replace our aging Toyota Sienna. Thank-you Tom & Michelle

Our salesman is very good, he was not pushy to a fault as many are this way. The vehicle we purchased came a gold certification which allowed us to get the best interest rate along with the assurance that the vehicle is in good running order. Well worth the effort, very satisfied.

Poor service. I purchased my car at Sheehy Toyota with an extended warranty and had the Sheehy Toyota VIP status on my account. I dropped my truck off for service and to diagnose a noise from the power steering and possible oil leaks on Friday before noon. I was told they would have to keep it over night to diagnose the power steering. I was called back on Friday evening and asked about some additional services they recommended, but no information was provided about any of the conditions I had dropped off the car about. I was working on Saturday, but had my phone with me all day. At about 4 pm, I tried to call the service department to find out the status of my truck. I had to call the Sheehy operator 5 times before I could talk to anyone on the service department instead of a recording asking me to schedule an after hours appointment. The service department told me they were waiting for my approval to proceed with the repairs. But no one ever contacted me. I asked to talk to a manager. I was told I could pick up my vehicle but there was nothing I could do until Monday. When I came to pick up the vehicle. I showed them my phone log and my text log on my cell phone. No had had called me or texted me about the conditions I had asked to be fixed. I was told again they were waiting for my authorization to proceed with the repairs. I asked if any of the repairs were covered by my warranty. They said the warranty department closed at 2 pm and it would have to be evaluated on Monday. Additionally, the parts department was closed and they could not order parts until Monday. The service department had my truck all day on Saturday, never called me and never checked the status of my warranty to see if any of the repairs were covered. Now I am stuck waiting until Monday…. Parts will likely take an additional day, repairs another day. I will likely not have my truck repaired until Wednesday!!!! I need my truck for work. To make matters worse, when I asked to talk to a manager on Saturday evening, I was told there was no manager in the service department and the assistant sales manager was too busy to talk to me. I expected VIP service but only received poor service.

The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sienna. The sale/purchase went smoothly & I had no issues. But the service is another story. I brought my vehicle in for oil change/5k maintenance (covered under their VIP program). I had a 7:30am APPOINTMENT & waited over 2 hours. A tire had a nail & they returned the car to me with a flat tire. I had to wait another 45 mins for them to put a spare on as the tire covered under warranty wouldn't be in stock for 2 days. Made another 7:30am APPOINTMENT to have tire replaced. It was a 3 HOUR WAIT to have the tire put on. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their service. This is an unacceptable wait time for someone who made an appointment. This wasn't a 1x issue.

I took my Toyota highlander for an issue it had. Josh, helped us out and took care of the problem, he was profesional and very helpful. He also Kept us updated through out the process. My husband and i are very happy with the results!
