Our salesman is very good, he was not pushy to a fault as many are this way. The vehicle we purchased came a gold certification which allowed us to get the best interest rate along with the assurance that the vehicle is in good running order. Well worth the effort, very satisfied.

Poor service.
Poor service. I purchased my car at Sheehy Toyota with an extended warranty and had the Sheehy Toyota VIP status on my account. I dropped my truck off for service and to diagnose a noise from the power steering and possible oil leaks on Friday before noon. I was told they would have to keep it over night to diagnose the power steering. I was called back on Friday evening and asked about some additional services they recommended, but no information was provided about any of the conditions I had dropped off the car about. I was working on Saturday, but had my phone with me all day. At about 4 pm, I tried to call the service department to find out the status of my truck. I had to call the Sheehy operator 5 times before I could talk to anyone on the service department instead of a recording asking me to schedule an after hours appointment. The service department told me they were waiting for my approval to proceed with the repairs. But no one ever contacted me. I asked to talk to a manager. I was told I could pick up my vehicle but there was nothing I could do until Monday. When I came to pick up the vehicle. I showed them my phone log and my text log on my cell phone. No had had called me or texted me about the conditions I had asked to be fixed. I was told again they were waiting for my authorization to proceed with the repairs. I asked if any of the repairs were covered by my warranty. They said the warranty department closed at 2 pm and it would have to be evaluated on Monday. Additionally, the parts department was closed and they could not order parts until Monday. The service department had my truck all day on Saturday, never called me and never checked the status of my warranty to see if any of the repairs were covered. Now I am stuck waiting until Monday…. Parts will likely take an additional day, repairs another day. I will likely not have my truck repaired until Wednesday!!!! I need my truck for work. To make matters worse, when I asked to talk to a manager on Saturday evening, I was told there was no manager in the service department and the assistant sales manager was too busy to talk to me. I expected VIP service but only received poor service.

Best service I didn’t see in the past when I bought new car , I requested something she did right away from getting the deal in the invoice to test drive, delivery, she explained very well more options that truck had, nicely worked, I was very happy to purchase this truck

I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. Thank you everyone!

We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sienna.
We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sienna. The sale/purchase went smoothly & I had no issues. But the service is another story. I brought my vehicle in for oil change/5k maintenance (covered under their VIP program). I had a 7:30am APPOINTMENT & waited over 2 hours. A tire had a nail & they returned the car to me with a flat tire. I had to wait another 45 mins for them to put a spare on as the tire covered under warranty wouldn't be in stock for 2 days. Made another 7:30am APPOINTMENT to have tire replaced. It was a 3 HOUR WAIT to have the tire put on. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their service. This is an unacceptable wait time for someone who made an appointment. This wasn't a 1x issue.

I took my 2010 Toyota Ford Runner to this dealership.
I took my 2010 Toyota Ford Runner to this dealership.. to simply have it looked over because I just purchased it a few days prior to this visit.. they come to me and tell me that for my Virginia state inspection that it’s gonna cost me $1900 .. keep in mind this is the cost to get it through inspection because something is wrong. They tell me I need front brakes and also a sticking caliper and that was the reason why the brake pads or wore down to where they were failing inspection.. also, there was a light marker that was burned out.. so I get the estimate from them.. I was thinking to myself no way.. so I tell my advisor, Josh that’s too much money and then I’m gonna go ahead and just pay for the inspection and be on my way now. I’ll keep in mind. They did an emissions on it that passed… later on talking with him the same day the same hour he tells me that my timing chain cover needs to be replaced. This is Josh telling me this and that would be $5,000 Bucks … i’m not a happy camper at this point while we’re talking.. so I told him just give me a print out after I paid for the inspection of everything that needs to be done so he did that.. so I want to get a second opinion elsewhere, come to find out there was nothing wrong with my timing chain cover. It was totally something else which was A whole lot less costly item that had to be taken care of and I mean by less costly like 3/4 less of a amount of money.. now this is for the timing chain cover, which will not have to pass for a Virginia inspection, but anyways just spelling out this.. as far as the front brakes go, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front brakes. Once again I have these checked out at the same shop for the second opinion that took care of my time and chain cover inspection… I’m very dissatisfied with his dealership. I cannot believe that somebody would treat a customer like that and lied to them straight to their face and make up all of these items that were wrong with my vehicle and that wasn’t even the case. Something needs to be done about this… This is not acceptable and this is not the way you do business.. I will never return to the service department again, and I would hope that any other customers reading this will do the same!!
