Clean friendly atmosphere. My service representative was professional and notified me if there was additional service needed. Have always had a pleasant experience.

Did not recognize my VIP . Was told 1 hr when scheduled. Got there they told 2 hrs ended up taking 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation.

The service department was very good! The only suggestion I would make would be to give the client a little advance notice when they’ve checked in for the 50,000 mile check up about the cost. I was really shocked when I got the bill for the cost of the service not that they didn’t do the things they said they did But it just was more than I expected about $300.

Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg made it easy to buy our new used 4Runner. We’d been looking for a while but they were great when it came to test driving to paperwork for our financing to driving our car off the lot. Definitely recommend!
