This was my 1st time using Toyota AutoNation. I have a Lexus. I was referred by a friend. My service was Great. I worked Well with the Service Rep, Ravon. My car was serviced in a reasonable time. Working with other service employees was no problem.

I took my car in for its very first warranty service. The process of setting up the appointment and checkin was very easy. The service was preformed in a reasonable time and a clear explanation of all findings was given.

I had a great service experience as always. Joshua was wonderful! He even applied a coupon without me asking. The service itself did not take long at all. I was told it would take an hour, and I was actually out in less than an hour.

Sales Associate has been polite to response without reluctance when I asked them persistently question. I feel so good. Only one thing, when I send E-mail to associate in the office, there was something trouble and no response for two days.
