I recently purchased a used Chevy Colorado from Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM. Because of the professionalism of Patrick and the rest of the staff the transaction went quickly and smoothly. They all went out of their way to make this work for me. Thank you guys.

On November 25,2025 I purchased a preowned Chrysler Pacifica from Ed Voyles Chrysler with approximately 58,000 miles. On December 1, 2025 during a highway trip, I noticed that when going uphill, the transmission was shifting excessively and was sometimes jerky. I took the vehicle to a different Chrysler dealer closer to my home for inspection. Their service department found that several engine mounts and transmission mounts were broken, and the total cost to repair was quoted at $2,300. Since I had purchased the vehicle less than two weeks earlier and had driven fewer than 500 miles, I contacted Ed Voyles Chrysler to request that they cover the repair. I was informed that they would not take responsibility and that I would be required to pay for the repairs myself. Numerous texts, phone calls and email requests for a copy of the Pre-owned Vehicle Inspection Report have produced no results.

If you want an honest and reliable place to fix your vehicle, don’t go here. I got into a car accident in which my vehicle was hit on the driver side and wouldn’t start afterwards. I brought my van here and was initially told that it needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery on my own and took it to them to install. I was charged $149 just for an install. Fast forward to three weeks later and I was given a quote for $4789 to fix it the van. Since I needed the car to get back to work, stated for them to proceed with the needed repairs. After not hearing back for two weeks I contacted them for a status on my vehicle and when it would be ready for pickup. The advisor responded that he had been out ill and apologized for the inconvenience. He also added that he was going to call me to let me know that the car had wiring issues and it was going to be an additional $2650. At this point I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of giving me a manager, I was connected to yet another advisor who told me there’s nothing they can do and that I could just come and pick up my car. When I asked how for the final price for pick up the advisor quoted me $625 over the phone and I asked twice if this was the out the door price. Even though I still thought this was ridiculous since all that was done was the install and diagnostic, I agreed to the price and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was given an invoice for $965 instead of the $625 that I was quoted previously over the phone. The guy next to my advisor stayed that he did not have all the paperwork in front of him and proceeded to process the payment for $965. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have had in my lifetime. I’m writing this in hopes of wanting future customers. Hopefully this review could help others stay away from these people and be smart by saving money and going elsewhere. The service is terrible and they are just out to take money from people who are already dealing with mishaps in this economy. Needless to say, I got my van back exactly how I gave it to them.

I leased a 2025 Wrangler 4xe from Ed Voyles CDJR on October 31st. Within DAYS, Stellantis hit it with Recall 68C and told me not to charge it and not to park it in my garage. So now I’m paying $844/month for a vehicle I can’t use safely or as intended. The dealership’s response? Nothing that actually helped. Every “solution” they threw at me either: Raised my payment, Loaded me with negative equity, or Was something that wouldn’t pass basic lender math. It’s obvious they were protecting their numbers, not their customer. I’m a 100% disabled veteran, and this mess has already caused medical stress — and the dealership still didn’t step up. If you want a dealership that disappears the moment things get complicated, this is the place. If you want real help when something goes wrong, look elsewhere.

I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler that I’ve been bringing to this shop for years for every service and upgrade. I even upgraded my radiator to a Mishimoto radiator here, and they handled the installation. A few years later, my engine failed. Dustin, the service manager, told me I needed to buy a new engine, which would cost between $10,000 and $11,000. I agreed and had them install it. Less than two years later, with less driving than before, the new engine failed. I had the vehicle towed back to them because the engine should have still been under warranty. That’s when they falsely accused me of putting some kind of chemical in the engine. Let me be clear: prior to the new engine, I almost caught fire in this Jeep, and ever since then, I’ve been extremely cautious about monitoring the temperature gauge every single time I drive. Dustin claimed I put something in the engine that caused the internal parts to melt. How is that possible when I am constantly watching the temperature gauge? Their story kept changing—first it was about chemicals, then they stopped mentioning that and started coming up with other excuses. They gave me several phone numbers to call, but none of them helped. Months went by with ongoing arguments, but I travel a lot for work, which made it harder to stay on top of it. Recently, I received a letter from Gwinnett County Court about my car being foreclosed on. Ed Voyles has my phone number, my email, and my home address—all ways they could have contacted me to let me know to pick up my vehicle. They didn’t. Now, the court has approved for the tow company to sell my car while I’ve been away for work. I’ve spent at least $30,000 to $50,000 at this shop over the years. I even called the General Manager and other managers about this issue, and none of them ever returned my calls. Thanks for nothing.

Buyer beware! Purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee 4X4 Limited from this dealership. The paperwork, at signing, showed 6 miles on odometer. When they handed me the keys and I went to drive away, the vehicle had 678 miles on it. I requested a swap for a new vehicle and was told that they could sell it as new until it had 2,500 miles on it. They offered to "amend" the paperwork to 678 to reflect true mileage, and offered apologies but did not seek to make it right by providing a vehicle that had not been used as a demonstrator vehicle. 5 days after my purchase, the jeep shuts down completely - TCM/PCM failure. Vehicle wouldn't turn on, wouldn't turn completely off. Called dealership requesting a tow, they told me to download an app to have it towed in lieu of dispatching something for me. I booked the tow via the app, and was CHARGED FOR THE TOW (on a brand new vehicle that died 5 days after purchase), Sales team that sold me the vehicle said that the dealership had "done nothing wrong" and that my issue was with Chrysler. I pushed them for 17 days to replace the vehicle... they came back to me with an option to "trade in" the vehicle, where I paid taxes TWICE (2 transactions - no vehicle exchange) and had to pay more for a replacement on top of taxes as "no replacement vehicles at my spec level existed" (total xx). Now left to chase Chrysler around the lemon law FOR A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. In short, once you've paid for your new car, your are now Chrysler's customer, not theirs. If you want this experience, this is the dealership for you!
