Johnnie was great at keeping me posted of the process with the Jeep repairs. Repairs took a little longer than anticipated due to the weekend sneaking in there but the dealership took care of the rental while my vehicle was being worked on so it worked out fine.

i had a curtain truck with curtain options that i had to have at a curtain price. i had high expectations and did not purchase my first choice not because i didnt like truck but the price was out of my range i was willing to pay. Every one didn't give up they went back and search all there inventory they had and that other dealers had until they found me the truck that i was looking for. They did a good job to get me the most truck for the money. this is my second vehicle that i have purchase from Troncoli and am more than pleased with all the people involved with my purchase. this was very quick and painless during the purchase process. Everyone worked together in unison to get the truck detailed and ready for us while we did the paper work very quickly. The people that i worked with made this a pleasant experience. Thanks for helping me find the truck i was looking for.

At Troncalli I knew what I wanted and provided that information. Once I got there, it was focused on finding the particular features I wanted and what they would cost. We did a test drive. Features were explained. There was no selling. Kevin answered my questions. When it came time, I was quoted prices based on my various choices. There was no negotiation, I had a price in mind before I got there. Other dealership; I had done my research and got prices from other dealerships and test drove a car at one of them. The other was fine to deal with but they played the pricing game. The salesman quoted one price and I said thanks and when I was about to leave, the sales manager came over. I told him I would visit two other dealerships and buy from the dealer with the lowest price. No negotiation. He gave me a price. Troncalli gave me the best price without a negotiation; without any hassles; without any games. They make buying a car fun.

I LOVE working with Lee Call at Troncalli. I buy almost ALL of my vehicles from Lee. He is honest and always goes out of the way to help. He's the bomb! Great customer service in the Service Department
I brought my 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel into the service department because the check engine light came on repeatedly with only 4000 miles on the odometer. The service person I spoke with was Matt. Matt was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the 2013 Citadel and assured me that they would figure out the cause of the problem. Ultimately, I had to have a transmission replaced in the vehicle, at no charge of course, but I was without it for one week. During the time that my vehicle was being repaired, I received a call from Matt almost daily, updating me on the status of my vehicle along with any other questions that I may have had. Although I was not pleased with having a brand new vehicle in service to replace a transmission, because of Matt, my experience was a lot more pleasurable. Matt was very professional, sympathetic and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with.
