I had just the best experience obtaining a new car in

I had just the best experience obtaining a new car in over 50 years of owning some really awesome machines. The team was lead by Sonny Narula who is the very best client advisor I have ever encountered. He is personable, knowledgeable and transparent. Everything from the lease to service protocals were clearly explained. Phone calls were promptly returned and questions were answered in an extremely friendly manner. I was then sheparded thru the leasing process in a extraordinarily professional manner. If you are looking into getting a "bimmer" there is no better person to work with than Sonny and the rest of the folks at BMW of Westchester.

As always, a FULL all around VIP experience.

As always, a FULL all around VIP experience. Just purchased my fourth Bimmer from Ray Catena BMW Westchester. The purchase was effortless thanks to Sonny Narula, and Joe Raus. Consummate professionals, with fantastic personalities to match. Also, had some service done on my other vehicle. Marco my service coordinator for years was fabulous as always. I also want to thank Ed, and John from service. John is the client transport team member. He will always make your rides a fun one.

After a bad experience at my at my local dealer I sent

After a bad experience at my at my local dealer I sent out a few online inquiries Nina Rutkovskaia responded quickly and explained the different models models and features and gave me multiple quotes we quotes we settled on a red mini s I drove 100 miles to pick up the car Nina greeted us and explained all the paperwork no hitches or surprises she explained the car features to us . This was easiest the best experience I ever I hav ever had at a car dealership Thank you Nina

I am a returning customer and they didn’t disappoint I

I am a returning customer and they didn’t disappoint I was fortunate to get what I wanted and they made me feel welcomed. The manager Anthony Centorrino was very welcoming and met my needs. I had an offer from another BMW that was closer to where I live but I chose to return to Ray Catena White Plains because of my last experience

I had an absolutely infuriating and baffling experience

I had an absolutely infuriating and baffling experience at this dealership while trying to purchase a used 2022 BMW X6. I was ready to buy the vehicle at the listed price, but they flat-out refused to sell it to me solely because I don’t live within their self-imposed tri-state area. Yes, you read that right—despite the car being listed online and me actively inquiring about it, the dealership made it clear that they would not sell me the vehicle just because I live two states over. What’s even more insulting is that they had already lowered the price on the vehicle twice and clearly weren’t able to move it within their local customer base, but they still refused to sell it to me at the listed price. This kind of arbitrary restriction is absolutely unheard of in the car-buying world. I have never encountered such bizarre and unprofessional behavior from a dealership in my life, and I am honestly stunned that this sort of situation even exists. The complete lack of customer service and the total disregard for my time, money, and genuine interest in the car is mind-blowing. To make matters worse, I’ve never come across—or even heard of—any dealership operating in this ridiculously inflexible and discriminatory manner. It’s like they don’t want business unless it’s from a hyper-local buyer. If you’re outside of their little bubble, don’t even waste your time—this dealership is more concerned with creating artificial barriers than actually selling cars. They have no respect for potential customers and clearly don’t care about making any reasonable sales. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with professionalism and courtesy, look elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke.

Carlos Zetina my sales advisor is excellent in many ways. He created a seamless personalized experience, provided excellent communication while building trust which further amplified my loyalty to the dealership.
