This is my fifth lease from Millenium Honda. The reason I keep coming back is because I get the best deal from all the other Honda dealers and the customer service is outstanding. It was no different this time when I leased my CRV. Starting from the salesperson , Jose Abreau, to the manager, Anaudi, and finally the general manager, Mauricio, they all worked together to get me the exact car I was looking for with the features I wanted. I have to say that Mauricio was a standout. He is not only a classy guy, but he makes you feel very comfortable. He basically put the whole deal together. The whole process went seamlessly with no pressure tactics. At the end of the day, I got the best deal possible. This is an outstanding dealership that has a professional team. I worked with Franklin on two lease deals. One in 2023 and one this year. We went back and forth on this last one. I believe that Franklin respected our customer loyalty and went as far as he could to make us happy with the deal we agreed on and we appreciate that. Excelente servicio por todo el personal muy amables y claros a la hora de responder inquietudes; solo te recomiendo estar muy atento a los seguros adicionales que te ofrecen y estar seguro si es que los quieres tomar, de lo contrario sumaran mucho mas dinero y no te enteraras, terminaras pagando mucho mas dinero del presupuestado.
