Had an oil change and 10,000 mile service. Completed in less than an hour, great service and my second experience with Conway Ford’s Service Dept. Friendly and experienced personnel. Overall very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Ford Fusion Hybrid
This is a great dealership with great people! We were on a trip looking at colleges and traveling out of Conway to visit another school when a metal protective plate started dragging and sparking on the highway. Couldn't pull it off or get it back up myself so crawled over to Conway Ford. I walked in without an appointment and they took my car quickly and fixed the issue in about an hour and we were back on our way. Cannot thank Conway Ford enough!
