5 times wasted my time

5 times I've been to this dealership and never purchased a vehicle. I remember once they had a contest where we "won" 25,000 so we took the winning paperwork there and upon entering the door I said "wow look at all the winners" we were directed to a desk where they took the paperwork and gave us a dollar scratch off ticket. Another time we were dealing on a Mustang on the showroom floor, we had to leave that day and they sold it, could've at least called. Most recently I took my T/A 392 in to trade on a Raptor, they offered me 31k on a car less than a year old that I just now looked up that books for 48k. I'm done with them

Shopping for a SUV

We stopped at Conway Ford to shop for an Explorer. We asked for salesman, Bob Schenone. He was very professional and after looking at numerous explorers, we purchased a 2018 Explorer. We are very pleased with our shopping experience and our purchase.

Quick, Easy, Fair Deal

I initiated the purchase online. Cindy was great. Kevin, the salesman was great. I received a fair value for my trade in. The buying process went smoothly.

Our salesman Tom Lattimer was very helpful in answering questions, took his time with us, and not pushing for a quick sale, felt like he was interested in what I wanted and directed me in the right direction.

Great Service

Had an oil change and 10,000 mile service. Completed in less than an hour, great service and my second experience with Conway Ford’s Service Dept. Friendly and experienced personnel. Overall very pleased. Would highly recommend.
