Extremely Courteous, Professional and Efficient

We had in mind purchasing a used vehicle as our third family car. Our budget was a primary concern, but so was quality. Volkswagen was one of our target brands, but we also considered Nissan, Buick, Honda, and Toyota. We came to the Bergstrom Victory Lane VW dealership and were immediately greeted by Jeremy. Jeremy inquired carefully as to our objectives and priorities and looked through the inventory to find vehicles that would possibly satisfy our needs. It was somewhat challenging to find those that satisfied the requirements for features as well as price. Jeremy was very diligent about searching the inventory to find vehicles that had potential to meet our criteria. More than once, when I found vehicle using the Bergstrom website, Jeremy worked quickly to bring them to the dealership for us to drive. He kept us informed of opportunities while continuing to monitor our priorities (in an incredibly courteous and friendly manner). I especially appreciate that he made sure to communicate with my via my preferred method (email) and always responded in a very timely manner. I am delighted to say that we ended up with a Volkswagen Passat with all the features we wished for at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning for all of our service needs and for our next vehicle purchase.

Great facility, awesome team & very informative

John Bourassa did a wonderful job by listening to what I was looking for. I have him a couple cars that I wanted information on and by the time I showed up for my scheduled time John had about 6 cars lined up for me to test drive, all kinds of information about each one so I felt very comfortable making the decision on the car I was going to purchase.

Excellent facilities and service.

The staff were very helpful in "syncing" our phone with the car. The service department always treat us well and the service is done in a timely manner.

Excellent Service by Service Advisor

Stacy is to be commended. Her follow-up and explanation of the vehicles problems was very thorough. I have the impression she went through extensive effort to research what items were under warranty and took the time to be sure she double-checked what was under warranty as my repairs were extensive; a transmission replacement. She went through other recommended repairs in detail and did not pressure me to get all of the work done at once but prioritized items for me. She showed a respect for the impact of the total costs and did all she could to provide me value. Very pleasant to work with. She's a keeper! Thanks!

Driver Mirror Damage & Repair

Larry took pictures of my damaged car driver mirror so the next day the Parts department could determine what to order. Wayne in Parts was great on finding options on appointments for my car since I work in Green Bay.

The work was done earlier than expected, I was allowed to use a new car to do my errands and get to my appointments. Very good!

great sales people

the sales person(Lawrence Bowers) was extremely helpful , friendly and explained the finder points of the new Murano.Lawrence is the main reason we will come back.
