We purchased a Volvo from Shults Wexler in April. The vehicle needs about 10-15k dollars in repairs to make the vehicle even worth driving. The engine has major issues. Please be careful when buying from them. This is financially ruining us.

I first gave 5 star review.And then fou d out I need brake work Front AND Back!..ONLY put 4k miles on and 5months old!..AND WAS CERTIFIED.....YEE HAW MY xxx!!!!!!

My experience from beginning to end was very positive and stress free. The team was extremely helpful through all aspects of the purchasing process, especially Sean Clagget and Jackie McDade. I would definitely buy another vehicle here and recommend anyone else to as well

WAITED TWO WEEKS BEFORE I COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX MY VEHICLE. ON JUNE 27TH DROPPED OF VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS. DIDNT REPAIR VEHICLE ISSUES. CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED AND I EXPLAINED VEHICLE WASNT FIXED AND DISSAPPOINTED. THEY SAID SOME SONEONE WOULD REACH OUT TO ME (I'VE HEARD THIS SAME SAYING 5 TIMES), NO ON HAS REACHED OUT. I bought and or leased 6 vehicles in the last one year from this dealer. I thought they were giving me a decent deal I thought they were honest. For 9 months I wanted to buy the Shelby GT500 that was in their showroom. Their salesman called me and said hey guess what we're willing to sell it now so I hurry up I agree on a price of $109,000. When I get there we look at the car and we love it and sit down to discuss the deal at which time the finance manager says" I don't know why my salesman told you it was for sale we're not selling that car but will sell you a different one" Several months later I went in to buy a different vehicle I brought in my 2021 F150 and my 2021 Expedition. Their evaluations were extremely low I took both vehicles to a different Ford dealer in Carnegie the same day and receive $9,000 more for my F-150 and $6,500 More For My Expedition. These guys are very tricky and they tricked me many times I didn't know how bad my deals where untill I recently reviewed the numbers.

Have bought my cars here since I started driving. Staff is excellent and worked with me. Love my new Escape's power so much, I got my first ticket in my 46 years!

Their showroom is quite nice, but unfortunately that is where anything good about this dealership ends. It is quite easy to get suckered into dealing with people that your intuition tells you are rather sleazy when the surroundings are well lit and aesthetically pleasing. Their lack of respect for the customer, however is astounding and their prices outrageous, which is apparently how they can afford such a nice showroom. Don't get fleeced and disrespect yourself by dealing with them, there are much better choices in the area.

My experience here was amazing. Bill was a great and extremely helpful sales person. I, unfortunately, did not buy anything that day, but will be going back to work with him and have recommended him to family and friends all ready. He was not only helpful but very understanding.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Shults over the years and have been very satisfied. They keep you informed when servicing a vehicle and if needed will give you a loaner car to use.
