I recently bought a vehicle from Hod Verble....he found the car I needed. I needed to have some things transferred from my vehicle to my house. He followed me all the way to my house to help me. He is such a nice young man! my friends will all here about it!

I was shocked at the number of cars that Hod Verble was able to show me the other night. I have been looking at the New chargers for a while. They had over 50 on there lot. The Lot was very well lit and easy to see everything. I'm going back today and purchasing....

This dealership has the most used Ram trucks I have seen. Hod Verble showed me everyone and never got frustrated with me about taking up his time. I didn't buy but I will in the very near future.

My experience at this dealership was one of the most pleasant and beneficial experiences that I have had. My daughter's car which I purchased last year; fuel pump went out @ 38600 miles. The warranty ran out at 36000. It was going to cost me over $700.00 I called the dealership where I had originally brought the car. They gave me a price of what it would cost to repair the car. They didn't mention anything about trying to help me pricewise on the repair; since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. When I called the Spartanburg Dealership, they were very courteous and friendly. They told me to bring the car in and they would see what they could do to help me with the bill since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. After they diagnosed my vehicle, they contacted me with the results. It turned out to be the fuel pump. They said that they would repair the vehicle at no charge to me and they gave me a 12000 mile warranty on the pump. That is what I call satisfying the customer. I will never take my vehicle back to the dealership where I originally purchased it, and I would recommend Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge dealership to any customer who likes excellent quality service and a friendly environment.
