Terrible service, twice. Very disappointing experience. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Lexus of Glendale — not once, but twice. The first time I brought my car in for service after purchasing it, they scratched my car and returned it dirty. I had to get it detailed myself after dealing with that nonsense. I wasn’t happy, but when my next service came around and there was also a recall and a broken seat part, they kept reaching out asking me to schedule, so I decided to give them another chance. I specifically made an appointment for the recall and the broken seat part. I was told the part would be ordered and in stock, and I also arranged for a loaner car. The woman who scheduled my appointment even called parts while I was on the phone and assured me everything would be ready today, including the loaner. When I showed up this morning, the part was NOT ordered, and the loaner car had been given to someone else. They then expected me to sit around and wait until someone eventually returned a loaner. I had already arranged my entire day around dropping my car off and getting this handled. In the end, nothing got done. I had to get back in my car and leave, and my entire day was basically ruined. This dealership has now let me down twice. Poor communication, poor organization, and zero respect for customers’ time. I absolutely do not recommend Lexus of Glendale.

Excellent customer service by Randy Castellanos and Service director Chris Garabedian. The Customer Service team and Service Director provided prompt, professional, and exceptionally competent assistance. Their communication was clear and thorough, and they demonstrated genuine care throughout the process. They made me feel fully supported and taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend their service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Lies after lies, the worst experience ever! I was shopping for a 2025 Lexus UX. They showed me a demo car and lied that it was only a few weeks old. In reality, it had been sitting there for 19 months. I only found this out myself after paying the down payment and checking Carfax, which showed only about 2 years of warranty left. Instead of admitting the truth, they tried to sell me a full warranty. When I confronted them why they lied about the age, they played dumb and pretended not to know the car’s actual age. Denice and her manager Nick, were not transparent from the start, selling an old car at a new car price. When I tried to negotiate (as any normal buyer would, because this is our hard-earned, after-tax money), I was treated rudely. Denice was sarcastic and even hung up on me twice. If my offer was too low, then just don’t do the deal and don’t call me back. Basic kindness doesn’t cost anything, I genuinely hope she treats people around her better. I even apologized in person for bargaining and thanked them for their time and efforts, only to feel completely played and deceived. They also tried to have me sign a 4.89% interest rate when a 2.49% option was available. I decided to cancel the purchase and walked out furious. Only then did they call back, suddenly admitting fault and offering “full warranty.” See, LIES AFTER LIES. I understand salespeople have quotas and tactics, but lying to customers and covering it up is not business — it’s manipulation. These are disgraceful, deceptive practices.

I drove over 100 miles to view Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX 350s I had researched the night before, fully prepared to spend close to $50,000 in cash. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. No one greeted me when I arrived. When a salesperson (Erin Ishibashi) finally approached, her first words were simply, “What’s up?” — no greeting, no professionalism. She showed me the vehicles with little conversation, and the first RX 350 I opened smelled strongly of cigarette smoke — completely unacceptable for a Lexus Certified vehicle. Throughout the visit, there was no warmth, no engagement, and no effort to understand my needs as a serious buyer. Instead, I felt disregarded and judged. This is not the level of respect or service expected from a luxury brand. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
