I'd take my jeep there but they are Very Expensive, their labor rates are extreme. Even bmw does not charge that much for an oil change. Besides that, appointments are not available soon possibly because they may be under staffed. Parts are not always stocked so car sits there until parts arrive. No shuttle, no wash, no discounts. I will just have to take the jeep elsewhere sorry.

Avoid like the plague! Purchased a 2022 KIA Carnival SX. Folks here don't even bother to show you the refreshment area or restrooms. Might as well walk into your local Target, folks. At least then you'll know where the Starbucks and toilets are located. Gianni, the salesman, opened with how Stoneridge "prides itself in transparency and being honest with the customer". Couldn't be further from the truth. At the very end of the transaction, car came with only ONE key fob, and the fob they give me doesn't even have the physical key (see photos). Then goes on to tell me that they can get me in touch with someone to make a second fob at a certain price - money grab much? Transparency is "Hey by the way, we only have one fob and it doesn't have the key. I hope thats not a deal breaker, but we really want your business, so we'll figure something out to make it worth it". Waiting for the sale to go through just to reveal that information at the end. Quite spineless if you ask me. If he didn't build up a fake reputation on how good they are to the customer, that's one thing, but then to talk about how the dealership is built on "transparency and honesty" only to pull this stint is flat out crooked. "Welcome to the Stoneridge family", what a joke. I hope you don't treat your actual family like this, but I wouldnt be surprised. Not to mention Amir, the finance manager, absolutely disgusting bedside manner. I know people who work at the DMV in better spirits than you, pal. Just be prepared for a bait an switch. They're transparent alright, as transparent as mud at a cow farm.

Richie the mechanic is the best! He took the time to figure out what the problem of my car was! Oil change and changing the damage wire within 1 hour and half amazing !! Other dodge dealership took 3-6 hours to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong. Definitely recommend him !!!

Bought a used Jeep with the extended warranty and the very next day I found out the heater didn’t work and it leaks when it rains. Took the jeep back to the dealer to multiple times, they fixed the heater but the Jeep still leaks when it rains and they said that I have to pay $6000 to replace the top. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The parent company Mathew Enterprises also has their own in house attorney, which would’ve been a huge red flag had I known about that before going here.

Service Manager should be fired. I am surprised he still has a job. Can never be reached. Lies about what he has promised after his staff has made a mess of a previous oil change.

I talked to sales person (Wes) for a week over the phone about buying a 2020 charger scat pack. The msrp was $42k. When I got there after my 2 Hour drive, I saw they had marked the car up to $50k!!! 🤬 And not once did He mention that price increase!!! Within the first 3 seconds of seeing that, I knew I wasn’t buying a car from them. They said “Let’s run numbers.” And immediately tried to run my credit... no thanks. But let’s see some “numbers”. They came back with it being over $1000 a month for 5 years! Lol what!?! That don’t add up to my math! Don’t go there especially if you don’t know how the auto sales industry works. They will rake you over the coals for years.

I called 5 times and reached a human being, the same Mr. Rude. Asked if I will have the car today, He said " I don't know, may be tomm" I asked if tomm for sure, " he said I don't know" Is there a way to expedite, " No. This is it" Now if I look back, I question my self am I asking for some favor by going to service? Did I make a blunder in life buying Jeep and MOPAR (My other cars in the past were Range Rover, Audi, Infiniti, Nissan - This service is by far the WORST ever)

This would be a negative star if I could put it. Stay away from this place and whatever happens, do not get your car repaired here. I had a problem with transmission (stick) on my jeep. I took it in and they made me an appointment. I dropped my car and they kept it for a month. I believe, they lied to me in the process as well- they told me they had to get a part to open the sealed transmission component and after a week, they still had to order it and it was going to take another 5 days. A month later they handed my car back to me - told me transmission was fixed and clutch was good - no issues with it. The first week after I received it, the problem was still there, I called them to inform the problem was reduced but not completely fixed. I was advised to continue driving a week and bring it in after. Within the week, the transmission completely jammed and car would not go in gear. I noticed there was a leak in the clutch cylinder. I had to tow the vehicle to them. They told me seal on the cylinder was broken so all oil leaked. When they inspected the clutch and there was no issue and no leak before handing the vehicle back, how clutch cyclinder seal was broken. Anyway, another $760 bucks to fix it - this is usually a $300 or less job and $760 is what I paid after discount. The car still has issues. First the transmission problem for which I originally took the car in, is still there (it is reduced but not fixed) and on top of it, now the vehicle jerks for a few seconds in first gear after the clutch cylinder replacement. Even after spending so much money and waiting so much time, it is not fixed. Customer service is absolute garbage. They have no courtesy, no sense of accountability and they will not hesitate to lie through their teeth. Never again I would go to this place. They are a rip-off. I used to go to Walnut Creek dealership. To save me some time, I chose these inconsiderate, pathetic people. I would have to take my car in again but this time I would take it to Walnut Creek dealership. There is a reason this business has an irrelevant review rating but Walnut Creek dealership rating is very high.
