Program Details
The Ford Power Promise offers a complimentary home charger and standard installation for those who buy or lease a 2024 or 2025 Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning or E-Transit cargo van from participating Ford dealerships by Jan. 31 (fleet and commercial customers are not eligible). Installation must be completed through Ford’s preferred company, Qmerit, by Sept. 30. Customers can choose a $1,000 cash alternative instead of the charger and installation if preferred.
Eligible vehicles include access to the BlueOval Charge Network, which helps simplify long-distance travel. The network integrates Tesla Superchargers and offers seamless charging through the Plug and Charge feature via the FordPass app. Ford also provides an eight-year or 100,000-mile warranty on the high-voltage batteries of these vehicles, offering added assurance for buyers.
Additionally, Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning owners gain access to 24/7 live support, which includes roadside assistance and proactive charging support for added convenience.
