The manager was rude and very pushy for me to sign yesterday which ALMOST made me turn away from the deal. Finance was yelling through his office while we trying to finalize the deal. Rude on manager and finance guy.

The Service Department at Paul Miller Volkswagen in Bernardsville is outstanding with very nice, very competent staff who go out of their way to be helpful. I had a tire that needed repair as their shop was getting ready to close, just as a major storm was about to hit. I recently moved to Lyndhurst NJ from Orlando Florida. I own a 2012 VW Jetta which I love. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Three County Volkswagen. The Service Advisor was great! She explained everything that was needed on the vehicle and walked over to my car and showed me everything that was recommended to replace. I had my 30,000 mile service done at the dealership and I was out of the service department less than an hour. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family
