What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

I recently brought my car in for a state inspection and oil change . Jack from service greeted me with a friendly smile and kept me informed thru out my visit . It was a great experience

i bought a jeep from here and i was unsure of the vehicle i wanted at first but after i was there i was able to test drive a few different cars and figured i loved the jeep i bought i had a budget that i couldn't pass and the car was more than that budget but after i sat with Pablo we were able to get it under my budget beyond grateful for them as i am still driving the car to this day with no problems but i recently went back and bought a car for my son i all went very smooth and i don't have any complaints i would totally recommend them and i will be going back for my next vehicle happily

I have been shopping around for a vehicle and the level of comfort I felt stepping foot into this place of business was absolutely remarkable. I have been coming to Three County VW for almost 10 years now and I couldn't recommend a better VW dealership. Not only are they friendly but they are respectful. My dealer John is excellent and answered all of my questions. The finance department was very quick with processing all of my paperwork and the owner came to congratulate me on my new lease. I recently moved to Lyndhurst NJ from Orlando Florida. I own a 2012 VW Jetta which I love. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Three County Volkswagen. The Service Advisor was great! She explained everything that was needed on the vehicle and walked over to my car and showed me everything that was recommended to replace. I had my 30,000 mile service done at the dealership and I was out of the service department less than an hour. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received at VW in Fair Lawn, NJ. Right from the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them. JOSE MALDONADO was our Sales Rep. He was GREAT to work with...go see him!!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. There was absolutely NO pressure from him...he took his time with us and answered all of our questions. There is nothing worse than looking for a new car, going into a car dealership and feeling the intense pressure from the sales representative, and there was none of that. Danielle was super nice. Very knowledgeable and understanding my Finacial situation. On the other hand. The manager was rude and very pushy for me to sign yesterday which ALMOST made me turn away from the deal. Finance was yelling through his office while we trying to finalize the deal. Rude on manager and finance guy.

The Jack Daniels dealership has been extremely helpful! I explained to them my exact needs and they did exactly that! I went in on the 23rd of August and had my car by the 24th their service is amazing and very fast and very accommodating to your personal needs and wants. Personally, I sat with Scott and he was one of the most helpful people I've ever met so thank you to him and to Jack Daniel's for being an amazing dealership!
