I was very pleased with my everyone at Hendrick VW in Frisco, particularly George Strong. They were honest, professional, and easy to work with. I eventually ended up buying a different car but would not hesitate to come back to Hendrick.

What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

He was SO AWESOME, when I wanted to get my Taos last week, I knew I ONLY wanted to work with Trinity!!! He's VERY kind, knowledgeable and honest!!!! Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Of course dealership service is more expensive, so didn?t get all recommended repairs done there, but what I did was done very well and within a timely manner.
