I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

I've bought 2 vehicles here, Feb and Apr this year. I worked with Trinity when bought my Tiguan in Feb. He was SO AWESOME, when I wanted to get my Taos last week, I knew I ONLY wanted to work with Trinity!!! He's VERY kind, knowledgeable and honest!!!! I will recommend him for anyone who wants a Volkswagen! The dealership itself is clean and open...and everyone there is really nice! The prices on both my vehicles were REALLY GOOD!! Great customer service, very helpful. I only bout a $10,000 used car from them and they treated me like I was buying a brand new one. I even left my cell phone in the car when we were test driving, Mo said it?s no problem we can go get it. Didn?t get frustrated with me at all. Stayed late to help me finish my paperwork and they were really kind. The financial guy in the back didn?t just accept the terms on my pre approval but he negotiated for a better interest rate so he could get me some GAP coverage. Really nice people and professional. I?m upset that I didn?t buy my previous cars here. I could have been getting this service- instead I got my car from?. (Okay I won?t bash) ? but you get the point.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Hated the whole process from the time I received the call til the time I purchased the vehicle. Sales rep Courtenay Royal was pleasant and was only doing his job but there was no way in xxxx I should have been there as long as I was for a cash purchase and there was also no reason for 3 months of bank?s statements should have been requested for a cash purchase and I wasn?t asked for that information until y?all got my cashiers check. Granted i refused to provide that information to y?all bc it wasn?t needed yall just wanted to see if I had the money in the bank as if the cashier check was fake very insulting. 5 stars to the sales rep but not the experience.
