I like the Jetta Hybrid for its reliability, gas mileage, comfort and appearance. The heated seats provide great comfort for this old back. The navigation system is easy to follow, and with the included Sirius traffic feature helps me arrive easily at my destinations. I purchased the maintenance package at the time I took delivery and haven’t paid for anything additional after 40,000 miles and 3 3/4 years of ownership. I have found the car to be comfortable whether I’m bopping around town, or driving up the coast. It’s fun to watch the display to see whether the car is working off the electric motor, charging, or using the gasoline engine. I love the tight turning circle as well as the quick response and pep of the engine.

Very friendly, honest dealers. Open about what we were paying for, and quite flexible in negotiations. Patiently and fully answered our questions. All around great car. Limited trunk space for extended journeys. Love the way it handles the road, the comfort, the large GPS display and the exceptional sound system.

Had this hybrid for about a year and its simply AMAZING! Great MPG and drives great. I've taken it camping to Big Sur and Yuba River, up and down the Ca and South Oregon coast. One tank got me from SF, all the way to SD. The interior is clean, simple, and spacious. Definitely get heads turning driving this car. Plus its a CPO for 17500 with about 12k miles, around Dec 2017 when I purchased it.

They are terrific, me and my wife when they're there again. For like car number 15. I feel like I got the best deal best people. They treat you like family. Not high pressure, they are just amazing. What's not too like. Great performance along with fuel economy averaging 48-52 mpg. Doesn't get any better than that.

Got this to replace my 2015 TDI. Car is excellent in its fit and finish and the hybrid system works great. Just a bit of shudder during cold weather during gas engine shut down and restart. Mileage, so far, 43, 39, 42 and 41 mpg. These are from a variety of driving conditions so no direct comparison can be made. Overall a decent car with lots of features.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

after 42000 trani replaced under warranty, 92000 going strong, 70000 out of 1st brake pads. average 38 mpg year around, would be hirer but in cold weather milage drops. I have a heavy foot. slow sunday drives can get you 48mpg. car is quick and top end is limited to 126 mph, yes it goes that fast, will run at 90 all day long. need better tilt in driver seat.

With 45mpgs, this hybrid saves so much money on gas. It’s fast, responsive and fun to drive. I’ve owned just about every hybrid vehicle and the VW Jetta Hybrid takes the cake.

I bought the car new, and it ran like a dream. I drove it for over 70K miles, and it NEVER had a problem. It could take off like a shot, handled the road like a slot car, and NEVER paused when I needed it to do something. As I came up to a stop light, or found myself in stop and go traffic of a long commute, I could feel the regenerative braking system do its job. It took about three stops to get used to. It fit passengers and cargo comfortably for long trips and had a great infotainment system. Family vacations with grown teens were never an issue. Very easy to drive in the mountains and at the beach. And easy for my teens as young drivers to use, because of the safety features (including park assist, cross traffic warnings, and back up camera). In real-world driving, I averaged between 41 and 47MPG. Oddly, in the mountains, I would see 50+MPG. The car used electric (although a relatively short range) preferentially. I could take kids to school and return home and never hear the gas engine turn on. All charging was from the engine, coasting, or regenerative braking. It became almost sport to see how often I could compel the electric motor to be the power of choice. It NEVER ran the gas engine during stops or in drive through. It was like having a sports car in a little family sedan. Sadly, a young driver looking down at his phone did not see that everyone in front of him had to make an emergency stop. So, I'm writing about the best little car I now wish I could find again as a past tense car. It has gone to "that great salvage shop in the sky". In an FYI: all the passengers and myself were unharmed in my car that was sandwiched between the hapless driver who collided from behind and shoved us into the driver in front of us. From the outside, the car looked impressively scrunched at its crumple points, but on close examination, the passenger, battery, and engine compartments were well preserved. Very nice job, VW.

Everyone we dealt with - Bill, Colin, Trevor, and Avery - was polite, friendly, and knowledgable. The car is great, and the color - Ocean Gem - can't be beat. There were some thing we didn't understand about operating the car, and when we returned to Kendall, Bill Gasswint gladly answered all our questions.The computer system is much more complicated than our previous car (2005 Prius), so the help is much appreciated. Jeromy was well informed on the Forster model I was interested in and very helpful. Muller Subaru had a good inventory and the Forester Premium with Option Parkage 15 had all the key safety features that I wanted. After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

I've had this car for two weeks, so far so good. It's comfy, cute, fun to drive and works well. I've driven over 200 miles (150 miles on the freeway) and am still above 3/4 tank of gas.
