I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

Ask for Zarina Ward. She makes the process smooth. I bought the new VW ID.4 and had to order it in advance. Everything Zarina told me was accurate. She shot straight with me and kept her word throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Zarina and Clay Cooley VW Richardson!

Was given recommended services based on priority. Of course dealership service is more expensive, so didn?t get all recommended repairs done there, but what I did was done very well and within a timely manner. The process, Bryan in service, and the whole experience was great! Not to mention very conveniently located to me!

I must say, after reading some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about this place. But Emmanuel Ngoka (Manny) made things Happen!!! I was unable to drive my vehicle home that day, but when I say Manny DELIVERED and Made it HAPPEN...he did exactly just that!!! He drove my new vehicle and delivered it in person to my home. I live over 2hrs away and he made it possible. Despite the previous reviews Please ask for Emmanuel Ngoka...I PROMISE he will take care of you. Very Professional, Personal and very Dedicated to this company. He truly cares and it shows. I recommend him!!! 10/10

Took my 2004 RX330 in to have the dash replaced under an enhanced warranty program. They replaced the dash in 2 days free of charge and a free loaner car. J. Ramirez was the service agent and he was a true professional. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership in my lifetime and I am 56 yo.

I've bought 2 vehicles here, Feb and Apr this year. I worked with Trinity when bought my Tiguan in Feb. He was SO AWESOME, when I wanted to get my Taos last week, I knew I ONLY wanted to work with Trinity!!! He's VERY kind, knowledgeable and honest!!!!
