I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

What we liked first was that you sit in the front seats seated. Your shins are vertical, not out in front of you. It’s very stylish and still stands out. We enjoy the graphics on MPG and ALL the safety features. No complaints after owning it three months now.

We purchased a Toyota Highlander a few months ago from this dealership and after a few months in I wanted to share our experience with Willie Milton, Jeff Weist and Abdul Ferozy. In terms of picking the right vehicle we were pointed in the right direction by Jeff Weist. He also went over the figures with us prior to completing the transaction in the finance department. We knew we were paying a premium due to the shortage and I guess thats no ones fault. We agreed to the initial terms and was escorted to meet with Abdul Ferozy. Upon entering his office Mr. Ferozy seemed well organized and we promptly sat down and reviewed all the legal documents that were presented. Abdul then went over several of the packages that they offer, such as the extended warranty and maintenance plans and Toyota’s tire and wheel protection. We knew that these were products that we will use down the road so after the eloquent explanation we agreed. We completed the entire transaction fairly quickly about an hour although the salesman was still not done getting the vehicle prepped. I have used the service department once since then and Vern was great to work with. I would definitely recommend working with these gentleman. I will definitely be coming back for all the other servicing needs and trust that these guys have their ducks together.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Vinnie Jhaj found the exact Camry that I wanted, even though they are hard to find. He reserved it for me and was responsive when I request delivery status. When I came to purchase and take home the car, Vinnie showed me some of the features and connected my iPhone. Just bought this 2019 from a dealership. At first I couldn't believe the mileage...170 miles...until the dealer explained it came out during the height of COVID and sat at dealership for 3yrs. This current dealership bought it at an auction with only 170 miles! Once they advertised, I jumped on it! I've always liked the style and the quality of Toyota cars. I had a sports car prior to thus and I can tell you there is a BIG difference in the cost of gas and mileage. It's sleek, roomy and I LOVED the colorit came in (Electric Blue). It was kind of pricey for a 2019 but it was definately in NEW condition!

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

Getting a response from a manager is futile. Very disappointed as I have repeatedly asked for one to look into transactional problem and was told someone would get back to me within a few days, but that has yet to happen. NO EXCUSE!

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently had to look for a used replacement for my previous car which got totalled in an accident (also bought from Fremont Toyota). We decided to go with a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring that was being offered up at Fremont Toyota for the price range that I was looking for. It was pretty much a no-brainer for us to call up Adnan Kazmee (he goes by Kaz though) to help us out with this purchase since he helped us out with the previous one. Kaz was very sympathetic to our situation and took some time to make sure the price, financing, etc. were manageable but also worth it for what we are paying for. More importantly though, he always made sure we actually LIKED the cars he was test driving for us. This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.
