Usually, oil changes are a snap. However, today?s oil change took 3 hours. The facility is under construction but i think the service reps were overwhelmed. i guessing it was done on a timely basis but no one let me know if was ready. The ?status? feature was not helpful.

I was greeted by the best employees that I have ever been able to work with. They are so awesome and great to work with. I always look forward to seeing them every time I come to Sterling McCall. I have went to other dealers in the past and no other came to the level of this establishment. I will always go to this place for my car service.

It was a pleasant experience. Greeted by valet attendant who guided us where to queue. Service and repair was done in a timely and satisfactory manner. Customer service is very good.

Hannah always always provide a great customer service. I am happy that Toyota has her in this team. The only bad thing right now the service repair lane is underconstruction and they have a provisional tent. It is work both the lane is long on weekends. I recommend go during the week.

Fast service , updated you every now and then regarding the status of your car, the pricing for repairs and services are fair . The waiting area are nice with unlimited drinks.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I drove to Houston Autonation about 2025 Toyota tundra. The experience was awesome and they were friendly and I saw the vehicle on Cars.com. I called them on the phone and spoke with a guy Edward. He stated that he will be waiting on me when I arrive. They did not have the exact truck that I was looking for, but they gave me an awesome deal on a truck with more accessories. The finance process was smooth, no problem. The only problem was the vehicle was not was that well.

Mr Aziz was great on showing us what we were looking for. And helped us with all we needed. Will definitely use Mr Aziz for our next vehicle.
