The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. I would recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I’m sure that you will walk out with the same positive experience as I did.

Went in there with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. test drove the 2019 Toyota Camry and I immediately knew I wanted it. They worked with me to the best of their ability gave me a great trade in value for the car I was trading in and gave me a great discount on the brand new car. Mike Miller is the guy to see 100%. There was no pressure and he made everything happen. At one point there was an issue with the sales paperwork and I considered walked away, but Mike came in and discussed the deal we agreed on and completely saved the deal. I'm not sure I'd be driving away with the truck I bought if it hadn't been for Mike, so I would absolutely refer friends and family to see him if considering a new Toyota. I didn't catch everyone's name who helped, but there were others who were friendly and helpful. Thanks to them also, but special thanks to Mike for bringing the deal to a close. I am satisfied with the purchase all around now. Four stars only due to the original deal almost falling through while Mike wasn't available, not for the product or friendliness.

Check in for service was easy and quick. Service manager was polite and efficient. Completed service in a timely manner. Order parts needed and will contact when they arrive.

Always friendly & knowledgable. They show you a detailed video of the issues that need work. You can approve them right from your phone. They also come out and personally speak with you.

Discovered we had a fat tire on the way to the theater with the 2 grandchildren in car seats . Technician went our if his way to remove or flat tire and mount our spare in less than 15 minutes so we could return on our journey to see Snow White and the seven dwarfs. Technician called me 1 hour later to advise on status of punctured tire, ordered me a new once which arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Went back to mount new tire and on my way in less than 30 minutes. The grands were thrilled to receive a stuffed toy bear which was the perfect ending to a streessful moment. Thank You!

My only criticism would be the whole ?advisor? register thing. It?s a bit disorganized and a little confusing. Would be better with a central cashier.

We swung by McGee Toyota to catch up with a manager we used to work with while buying from another dealership. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a new car! Even though the manager was there, he introduced us to his amazing sales staff member, Armando. Armando was fantastic—he guided us through every step of the process with warmth and friendliness, not to mention his extensive knowledge. Kudos to you, Armando! I stopped in to see Devon and had an appointment actually set up for Dec 28 but actually got in to see him earlier last Saturday on Dec 21. I wanted to check out the 2020 Alfa Romeo TI they had on the lot because two weeks prior I got into an accident with my Alfa Romeo and hit a deer on the highway. So my car was totaled and dealing with the loss of my car and trying to get back into another Alfa Romeo. Devon was absolutely amazing, kind, compassion and was all about getting me into that Alfa Romeo that had on the lot. We got the deal done and everything was incredibly smooth and wonderful dealing with Devon. He took care of me and was one of the most professional people I've ever dealt with buying a car and incredibly understanding on what I was dealing with. Had an oil change, made an appointment 145 very busy ,out by 245 excellent service .

My wife and I were looking to purchase two new SUVs. We were greeted warmly by Almando. He was attentive and walked us through the process of leasing both new vehicles. The only disappointment to me was the low trade I received for my low mileage 2019 Ford Edge, especially after what I saw on their site what they were asking for my Edge. Lesson learned on my part to ask for a higher trade next time.
