I call to inquire about the car and Jonah told me since I was traveling so far to look at the car he would have the keys in his pocket and have the car ready to inspect when I arrived. The car was exactly as they had advertised it to be and had a a fair price . The fact that they do not charge any add on fees or hidden charges is why I deal with Cobb Toyota. I came in for a personal diagnostics check on newly purchased used Toyota, the process was smooth, staff was professional and very knowledgeable. The only thing I would improve upon is that at the end a rep should ask if the customer would like their vehicle brought up front for them, especially the elderly. I was told the wrong row and wandered around trying to find my car until I happened upon an employee who kindly found it for me and drove it up.
