I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

Great styling and performance. Superior handling and acceleration. XLE model doesn’t offer as many conveniences as I had hoped but access through my phone provides the additional features.

I worked with Jonathan Granholm with Big Two Toyota of Chandler over the phone. He was professional and extremely helpful, putting the needs of the customer first. He was not out to simply make a sale, he helped to make the best decision for me. He went out of his way to assist me and I would absolutely recommend him to any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle. At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Chris the manager went above and beyond. One of the rare enjoyable experiences at a car dealership I have experienced.

Very pleased with this dealer’s flexibility. I needed an installation of a new after market right hand rear view mirrror. They were accommodating and open to installing it for me after a clumsy operator error. They got the job done and I am pleased with their work.

Wow, this dealership was fantastic and working with Brandon was great from the very first email. They really don’t mess around with pricing and even getting through finance was very smooth (with Alex). I’d hands down buy from them again and again!

Starting with the salesman Robert Bapst the entire process of buying a new vehicle was seamless and smooth. I have dealt with Robert in the past at another dealership and is the main reason that I purchased this vehicle at Auto Nation Toyota Tempe. This was my first purchase of a hybrid vehicle. I wasn?t sure of which to choose and how hybrid would impact my life. But my sales person Arturo was incredibly knowledgeable and helped educate me on which hybrid to choose and how to drive it. I chose the Toyota Corolla hybrid and it was the best decision I?ve ever made thank you Arturo.
