The staff there are amazing, but there is one type of person I want to congratulate for helping me and my family chose a car and that person is Janette Lopez. She is a wonderful sales person. She takes her time in helping and guiding you to choosing a good vehicle for your family. I had so many great experiences with her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a car. I consider her the #1 best recommended sales person for anyone that wants to buy a car.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

Such a great experience with the overall Toyota team and Aydin, our representative. I shared my criteria and the first car we looked at and test drove, we ended up purchasing. I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota Leesburg, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They offered the best price in Northern VA, and Rasim and Aydin made the process smooth and easy. The only suggestion I have is for them to consider upgrading their financing software, as competitors' remote systems seem to save more time. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . At the dealership (Hendrik Toyota , Merriam, KS) I was tricked to purchase more expansive and worse car that the one I was test driving. I was told that the car I was driving had been already purchased. I am sure that was a lie. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and agreed to buy this one. There is definitely something wrong with the gas engine. Sometimes it heavily vibrates after I turn it on in the morning. I have purchased an extended warranty for 7 more years, so i do not worry much. Who needs that stupid sun roof? Sun shields at the front window are ridiculously small. There is no real door key. Other than all that the car is fine but only for people who do not drive much and are in a warmer climate. Do not even think about it if you leave on North.

Over 15 year I have bought vehicles before and so far this has been the best experience overall. She is awesome! We highly recommend her
