Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . Such a great experience with the overall Toyota team and Aydin, our representative. I shared my criteria and the first car we looked at and test drove, we ended up purchasing. In 2017 I purchased a Camry from Warrenton Toyota. Since then I have taken my vehicle to the Warrenton Toyota Service Department. The department completes each call in consistent and thorough manner, while providing friendly and courteous service. I would not think of switching.

Wendy was very pleasant and helpful. She looked into my service agreement and was able to replace the key. The only thing was I had to wait 3hours, but the service was great.
