She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Working with Lincoln Newton was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to update a Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was in the dealership allocation schedule with the color and extras that we wanted. He beat a price from another dealership and provided weekly updates on delivery. He also facilitated all paperwork and that shortened the purchase time.
