Pretty stellar purchasing a used, certified 2022 Tacoma from Faith’s. Every step was well managed with great communication. Maurice was a blast to work with as my sales person. They were knowledgable, courteous, extremely helpful, and had some really fun stories to tell along the way. Grappone staff never fail to impress. Inspection, exhaust repair, oil change all smooth. Service advisor was great. Yearly inspections they always get you in and out. I love this place.

Discovered we had a fat tire on the way to the theater with the 2 grandchildren in car seats . Technician went our if his way to remove or flat tire and mount our spare in less than 15 minutes so we could return on our journey to see Snow White and the seven dwarfs. Technician called me 1 hour later to advise on status of punctured tire, ordered me a new once which arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Went back to mount new tire and on my way in less than 30 minutes. The grands were thrilled to receive a stuffed toy bear which was the perfect ending to a streessful moment. Thank You!

My only criticism would be the whole ?advisor? register thing. It?s a bit disorganized and a little confusing. Would be better with a central cashier.
