New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Ellicott City, MD

Dave sold us our 2012 Prius and now our 2024. He worked with us to get a safe and efficient vehicle and did it with the help of team members including Robin in service, Will in Financing and Logan who educated and walked us through a dazzling array of safety, comfort and convenience features.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Beneet was excellent. I had a flat tire and she was able to fit me in that morning for a repair. Repair was fast and efficient. Great service. Wonderful place.

I purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from 355 Toyota yesterday. I called the dealership the day prior and negotiated the price before walking into the dealership. Syd was great with this process and was very helpful from start to finish. I drove from Stafford, VA to MD to purchase the van and the price was exactly the same as I was stated over the phone and it was very, very reasonable. I had to have my trade-in appraised and honestly, they were a little low, but remember, they are in the business to maximize there profits on their vehicle and offer as little on your trade as they possibly can. After much negotiating, we worked the price out on my trade-in. I then went into the finance office and Payam Marandloui was more than helpful. I had a great experience with 355 and I am sure the staff was happy for me to leave, but everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer and using Syd as your salesman. Thanks all.

I found the car on line, got a great price via the internet then test drove it the next day. The sales manager and sales person stuck with the deal as agreed to and I took the car home that day. I appreciated the straight forward approach...a very positive experience so far.

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons Westminster. From the friendly, accommodating customer service representatives who help set my appointments, to Todd Eckard who communicates with me throughout the service process. Always honest and helpful. 6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. I bought a used car from this dealership several years ago and have been bringing my vehicle here for service ever since. I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time.
