Usually, oil changes are a snap. However, today?s oil change took 3 hours. The facility is under construction but i think the service reps were overwhelmed. i guessing it was done on a timely basis but no one let me know if was ready. The ?status? feature was not helpful.

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I drove to Houston Autonation about 2025 Toyota tundra. The experience was awesome and they were friendly and I saw the vehicle on Cars.com. I called them on the phone and spoke with a guy Edward. He stated that he will be waiting on me when I arrive. They did not have the exact truck that I was looking for, but they gave me an awesome deal on a truck with more accessories. The finance process was smooth, no problem. The only problem was the vehicle was not was that well.
