I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Saw a car, bought a car; overall a great experience. I did my research on the net and found a few cars I wanted. Most turned out to junk, but theirs was in great condition. Usual stuff from used car dealer: We're losing money at that price, you really want it, your wife likes, etc. But they went down on price anyway. My wife did a great job telling them its not really the color she likes :) What really got them was showing them a "better" car price (even though it didn't have the options nad had repaired damage).

I purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from 355 Toyota yesterday. I called the dealership the day prior and negotiated the price before walking into the dealership. Syd was great with this process and was very helpful from start to finish. I drove from Stafford, VA to MD to purchase the van and the price was exactly the same as I was stated over the phone and it was very, very reasonable. I had to have my trade-in appraised and honestly, they were a little low, but remember, they are in the business to maximize there profits on their vehicle and offer as little on your trade as they possibly can. After much negotiating, we worked the price out on my trade-in. I then went into the finance office and Payam Marandloui was more than helpful. I had a great experience with 355 and I am sure the staff was happy for me to leave, but everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer and using Syd as your salesman. Thanks all.

To be completely honest, this dealership is not bad only if you are buying a new car that is already on the lot. They sold me a car at MSRP with no other hidden fees. The reason why I took a star off is because they're very, very pushy. They will try to sell you on a different car so hard that they're trying to get rid of, and will keep pushing you to purchase warranties and all. They have a super hard time hearing no. If you keep standing your ground and don't get pressured into doing something you really don't want, this is actually a decent enough dealership to purchase a brand new car from only.

Buyers should do their homework, know their number, and be willing to take a deal or move on. I can't speak to service department and I am from PA, but sales experience was pretty good. I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. Would like to sincerely thank Miguel Paz, the service advisor, for this excellent work.
