I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Hannah always always provide a great customer service. I am happy that Toyota has her in this team. The only bad thing right now the service repair lane is underconstruction and they have a provisional tent. It is work both the lane is long on weekends. I recommend go during the week.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Outstanding! My service representative, Trevon, greeted me warmly and professionally and promised to make sure that the poorly functioning headlights would be repaired. His assurance was comforting. Trevon did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status of the work being done on my car. The work was completed and the car was picked up today. Will find out soon if the headlights are functioning properly, as promised. I feel sure that they will be. Trevon provided me with a loaner auto while mine was being repaired. I am a very satisfied customer at this time, thanks to Trevon. I will contact him if I have a problem with the headlights.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Overall good experience except the process is too slow slow. The salesman was very efficient, however, the finance group was slow and wanted to sell more product during the closing. And wouldn?t take no for an answer.

Fast service , updated you every now and then regarding the status of your car, the pricing for repairs and services are fair . The waiting area are nice with unlimited drinks.
