Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 SUVs for sale near Spring Lake Park, MN

I've leased two vehicles and purchased two from Luther Brookdale Mazda. My salesperson, Ross Haugen, is a joy to work with! He's very knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great sense of humor!

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Excellent communication, great service and very professional. We had Ian from the sales department, he was very professional and helpful. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

We had a excellent experience. Jeff, our salesman took his time with us and helped us find the car that was right for us. The car arrived just when he said it would.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Toys was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our new Carola Cross. He was clear and concise when showing us what we needed to know about the vehicle.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Everything was great. Are sale person was Paula and she was great. We are loving are new vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was ready.

Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

I watched Yee took care his customers wonderful. As soon as the customer walked in. He make sure they know they on his list to see. Took good care Each customer that walked. One of the best customer services. ❤️ 😍 💖. Please asked for Yee if wanted a good Toyota car.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. Their great collaborative team of Vince and Elizabeth also worked in sync to get my trade done and get me on the road quickly with a new ride. First class experience! The staff were nice and welcoming! The process of purchasing was easy and fast. When I got to the dealer/accounting I do feel the process was a bit too quick/rushed though.

5 star service. The review process is redundant though, as first I got a request of review from Ford, then from Freeway Ford. I would prefer just writing one review and having it shared. This doesn't detract from the quality of the service however.

I came into the dealership to drive a new Atlas Cross Sport SEL, and worked with Aaron Stephen’s who way my sales consultant. Wow, just wow does Aaron really believe in the VW brand and has so much knowledge he truly takes pride in his work.
