I feel like he wanted us to find the right car for us as much as we did!! That kind of service is difficult to find. Forever grateful for Tony and management as they made the car buying process something that wasn’t a nightmare, but instead extremely fun and we learned a lot about each car in the lot. 10/10 recommend if you want great service and honest men and women at the front door. AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I don't know where to begin. I was having such a rough day before entering this dealership and when I drove in I was immediately greeted with love and care. After servicing my vehicle at Tustin Toyota, I have been scared to come back to a dealership for service. I later found out that Tustin Toyota DOESNT POST ON CARFAX. WHAT! My advisor was Amanda and she did a PHENOMINAL job at informing me on exactly what my vehicle needed. My car came in dirty as well (camping trip) and they washed it and now it is sparkling like a star. I usually don't like talking to managers about their employees but I spoke with Denise and she was so kind to all of the customers. I will 100% be returning to this dealership and recommending everyone I know with a Toyota here. I love AutoNation Toyota!
