New and used 2025 Toyota bZ4X SUVs for sale near Valley Stream, NY

I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

WELL BEEN TO A FEW TOYOTA DEALER SHIPS AN WAS NOTHING SPECIAL, LIKE WOODSIDE TOYOTA OF WOODSIDE, BROUGH MY FIRST TACOMA TO SERVICE REAR BREAKS AN FRONT,THEY FORGOT TO PUMP BRAKES BEFORE MOVING ,AN IT ROLLED HARD IN WALL AN BENT REAR BUMPER BRACKET ,AN PLAY IT OFF LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED WITH A NICE SCRATCHES ON EDGE OF BUMPER,WELL I HAD TO REPLACE IT TWO BRACELETS MY SELF ,WELL THEY ARE HISTORY IN MY BOOK,HAY THINGS HAPPEN BUT BE TRUE WELL LIKE TOYOTA ! I have been looking for a rav4 for almost 6 months and I called PennToyota and Jerico answered the phone and helped me out purchasing my rav4 xle they mention a wait time of 4-6 months but the manager Eric got it in 2 months thank you PennToyota

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Ms. Yamilet, service advisor for tremendous effort and a job well done. The best service advisor in my experience in that dealer since 2019. I would recommend her to everyone. She also got me a loaner while my car being serviced, as for the sales department I wouldn’t recommend it. When it comes to servicing your Toyota ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yamilet gets the credit!👍 Best advice I can give to sales department , if you find out the customer own and bought 6 cars, you should give that customer a break for being a loyal customer 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!
