The Denver Mercedes team treated me with respect and as if I was part of the Mercedes family. Even after the papers were signed and I had a question as to one of the items after driving the new vehicle home. They worked with me the very next day until I was comfortable. The Sales Lead, John W. was a gentleman and scholar in his openness and willingness to help me get into the vehicle of choice.
