What a pleasant surprise C & S Motorsports was. We drove to Omaha from Des Moines to look at an ‘08 Mazda Miata MX-5. Were we ever surprised to see such a beautiful, extremely low mileage ( 11,777 ) convertible. The car was simply stunning! We then met with the dealership owner, Rob. He was welcoming, friendly, and a real gentleman. After taking the car for a test drive, we decided to accept the price and trade-in offer. This car is really well-made for young people. It's very comfortable, though not too stylist or anything. Gas is good, and it's very stable with price and all.

Let me start out by saying that Subaru's are by far my favorite cars to drive. The all-around package this car features is tremendous. I previously drove a 2006 Honda Pilot before purchasing the Subaru and this car wipes the Pilot out by a long shot. The handling is one of a kind and the gas mileage is fantastic. I purchased this car with 108,000 miles on it, so normally I would be very hesitant. However, knowing that it's a Subaru, I was very confident in my purchase given the reliabilty and amazing resale value these cars have. I have the Outback Sedan and the legroom for me is perfect and way more than the Pilot had which is crazy considering how much bigger the Pilot is. The seats are extremely comfortable as well. Subaru's are built to last and as long as you maintain them, they'll run for a very long time. I can't say enough good things about this car.

Larin was very professional and informative from the office woman to the mechanic. I needed a transmission control module and I was walked through the whole process. I went to 8 garages starting in Brockton till I was pointed in Larin Direction because of the complexity they were very knowledgeable with my Audi. Liked this car, it got room and it’s the most stable car on road. It’s technically reliable car, I both it use with over a 140000 mileages and didn’t spent almost nothing on fixing it.

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

Autonation Subaru West is the first dealership that I have ever trusted for regular service work (driving for nearly 60 years). The communication is outstanding and the level of service is unsurpassed. They honor the customer's time and check the vehicle thoroughly when in for service giving a 'heads-up' on such things as brakes or other service items, but always letting the customer know that there is still more time before that service needs to be done if that is the case. I never feel pressured for unneeded work, and always informed of what the cost will be and how much time will be involved in completing services. When the time frame is extensive, the offer of a courtesy car is always appreciated, and a car-share ride has been offered if I prefer that. When choosing to wait while service is being done, great coffee and donuts are provided in a clean and comfortable waiting area. There is on-going text communication on progress of the work including pictures. Super experiences every time in the past 4 years in keeping my 2021 Subaru Forester in tip top shape. Special kudos to Shane for his communications this last experience.

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day. Bottom line cost hurt but with over 100,000 miles and a great service rep (Carry) I understand. Like the way you flag upcoming needed repairs. It allowed me time to budget them in. Five star all the way.
