He was quite an informative sales associate; he has explained very clearly as to what I am purchasing & transparent with information that is very helpful in making that decision. He was graciously nice to even offer my brother to bring his wife's Subaru Ascent even though it was not purchased at your dealership but as an act of kindness he asked my brother to drive it this weekend to avail of the full tank gas he had promised to my brother. I mentioned his name to my boss this past Monday since him & his wife are in a car shopping mode for her. Excellent customer service especially from Patrick. He really takes care of the customer. Also their oil change service includes a couple videos of the highlights so you are completely keep informed. Amazing. Then they send you a form for approval of any additional work needed. You have total visibility and control. Impressive. Several years ago I would not have given this high of a rating but they have really stepped up their game. Highly recommended!
