Purchased a new Subaru 2025 Touring Forester in March. Love this car. It has all the features for comfort and safety. The exterior color is new and is called River Rock. This is my 2nd Subaru and I love the quality that makes them one of the most popular cars on the road today. The ride is great and very comfortable. It has the brown NAPA brown leather interior. All the controls for this vehicle are easy to select and the infotainment screen has been enlarged to 11.6 inches. This model has been enlarged to handle many chores that you would expect from the Subaru design. Gas mileage is great.. Also no more wires this vehicle has a self charging area for your smart phone. This was a great choice for my needs.

I came into the dealership with my car choices narrowed down to 4 different cars (two of which were Subarus). I was approach by the super friendly guy, Jamal Tipton, and he was the best! He was able to answer all of my questions, didn’t push for extras that I didn’t need/want and was just delightful to work with. He understood that I needed to do my research and gave me that grace without trying to land a deal that day. Jamal is the perfect example of what a good salesperson should strive for…seriously, he should be teaching a class: car sales 101! Even knowing that I could have saved 1% in sales tax at another dealership, I decided to give my business to Jamal due to his exceptional customer service.

This is our 2nd Subaru Forester. The first was a 2001 that I inherited from my mom. Liked it so much that we replaced it with a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition. Have had it for 2 months now and could not be happier. The ride is smooth and performance for a 4 cyl is great. Plenty of pep unless you are looking to race other vehicles. The seating is very comfortable and road noise is non-existent. I love that the safety ratings for this vehicle is higher than for any other SUV, not just in the small or mid-size category. The cabin is easy to get in and out of, both in the front bucket seats and in the rear bench seat. The second-row seating has a split back that you can drop for extra storage with the push of a button in the back of the car, making it easy to add that extra storage space as you are storing groceries or whatever. Great premium sound system that includes a free trial of SiriusXM. Bought my Forester at Premier Subaru of Fremont and the first 2 years of regular service was included in the deal. A deal that I was very happy with. I had checked around to find what was a great, good, fair or other price to pay for a new 2025 Forester. Only went back and forth a couple times before settling on a price. Good deal on a great car!

This is my first Subaru, and I have owned it for almost a month, and so far, I love it! Its handling, ride height, and comfort are fantastic! I am really enjoying the whole welcome to the family experience, which is different from any car brand I have ever had. I look forward to many great years with this SUV! Oh, and the AWD kicks serious A$$!

Excellent experience! Quinton was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the experience of buying a new car a fast and easy one. Only owned for a month, very happy of our choice so far, limited model. First time owning a Subaru, time will tell our experience. Did extensive research before making final decision. Only thing to mention is, not partial to inside at the top of the front windshield (middle) where glasses can be stored and lights are. It is very wide & disruptive to the view.

This is my second Subie. Forster Sport 2025. I love this car!!! The interior is AMAZING and the alloy 19” wheels are so stylish. It drives very smooth and the features are user friendly. I always feel safe driving a Subaru and this car is very stable in bad weather . Most importantly, my dog is thrilled with all the room.

We came in for a routine service (oil change, ect) and the service counter person (Nathan) was friendly caring and easy to work with. When the service ran a little late he was apologetic kept us up date on were we were at. When it came time to complete the service order he was very concerned about how we felt. I would work with him any time as I would know that any thing that holding us up, he would make sure that we were in the loop and aware of any and all issues.

Josie helped me determine exactly what was required for my vehicle, she communicated constantly and undated me when the timeline changed and provided me with an excellent loner car. The service staff provided me with detailed photos and videos to objectively prove what work needed to be done and got the work completed quickly. The other staff was helpful, friendly and polite.

I have positive experiences with Eastside Subaru. This most recent visit was great. Jake took time to explain what was being done and what future issues may arise. He gave descriptions and explanations with pictures and communicated in ways that I understood. He even set up an appointment for another time that required a special service. I felt seen, heard and valued as a customer. Waiting area is nice, tea coffee and snacks. Jake sent me a report with everything we talked about. I highly recommend Eastside Subaru.

We worked with Brittany New when buying our Certified Pre Owned Impreza and it was an easy, stress free experience. Not only is she knowledgeable about her trade but is a very likable person who was always responsive to my questions via email or phone. She made herself available to us, although I'm sure she was juggling many "xxxxx" at any given moment that hardly seemed apparent. She made sure the process was simple for us and that we were getting what we wanted. Highly recommend!

We came in to test drive the Subaru Forester, and was quickly impressed at her wealth, and depth of knowledge. Once she understood my priorities, she made some additional recommendations, which were spot on. I came back and purchased a used VW with Brittany's help, and never felt pressured. I just bought a 2013 Subaru Outback from Carter Subaru (just north of Seattle) and the positive experience was something to share (and I rarely share my opinions publicly). I spent the last 2 months reviewing, researching, and test driving 10 makes of compact SUV and interacting with many sales personnel. There have been nice sales people, lazy sales people, impatient sales people, poorly informed sales people, condescending sales people, and then there was Guy at Carter Subaru who was exemplary in patience, knowledge of the vehicle, trying to get the best deal for the client (and he really delivered here), and trying to figure out what is the best fit for the client. For example, this was my second test drive (the first one, just to get a feel for the car, was about a month ago) and this time Guy took me on a real test to show how the car handles under various conditions; up a long hill, down a long hill, accelerating on a curved freeway on-ramp, etc., and the 2013 Outback (4 cylinder) handled very well clearly on par with more expensive makes. More importantly here, with respect to the sales experience, Guy wanted to know what my expectations and concerns were and tailored the test drive to address each of them; I was very impressed - of the 13, only one other sales rep at the other dealerships showed this level of attention to my concerns and expectations. The business side of my experience, I had to pay for the car, was also very nice and very professional. If you are in the market for a compact SUV, in the greater Seattle area, I strongly recommend checking out Carter Subaru. If you run into Guy, tell him Dave sent you.

The service and customer service is unmatchable. Prices are reasonable and my car always runs right.

We arrived late on Saturday and Todd kept his promise and had the car that my wife picked out online. Once there he handed us off to Yoshy. He was polite, patient, as my wife checked every other nice looking car and most of all remained very positive during the entire process. Tacoma was quite fair on our trade in and the price for the new one was far less than the msrp. Overall great experience, worth the drive and be sure to ask for Yoshy!
