Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Excellent experience! Quinton was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the experience of buying a new car a fast and easy one. At no point did I ever feel like they were trying to take advantage or sell me something just to make a sale. Very dependable and reliable vehicle regardless of the terrain traveled. The perfect vehicle for older folks or those with knee problems. Seat height is perfect, you can slide in and out of the seat with ease. Smooth ride and overall great vehicle.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Just bought a 2024 Forester premium, and I love it! I especially love the excellent visibility and seating position. Very smooth ride and handling. Very nice looking car, inside and out, and very comfortable with lots of legroom. It’s got heated seats, moonroof, automatic headlights and just about every feature I could imagine wanting. I highly recommend it!

We bought the truck new at another Nissan dealer, we are not happy with them. Our son recommended this dealer and we were very with the service we received. ROD was very helpful and prompt. We will return to Rairdon Nissan of Auburn.

I bought the Sport model for its distinctive look outside and inside, The vehicle handles much better than my older Forester the steering is much more responsive and the ride is what I expected. Mine came with extras that I really enjoy using and the newer safety accessories are really informative and very useful.

I have positive experiences with Eastside Subaru. This most recent visit was great. Jake took time to explain what was being done and what future issues may arise. He gave descriptions and explanations with pictures and communicated in ways that I understood. He even set up an appointment for another time that required a special service. I felt seen, heard and valued as a customer. Waiting area is nice, tea coffee and snacks. Jake sent me a report with everything we talked about. I highly recommend Eastside Subaru.

We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We ended up with a certified preowned Impreza, which I'm very happy with. Everyone was very friendly, it seemed very low pressure, and Bryan was very well-informed. We were looking for a pre-owned Certified Forester. Carter Subaru in Shoreline had the car we had been looking for, for over 3 months. Steve, the salesman was kind, not pushy and very knowledgeable of all the tech on our 19 Forester. The purchasing process was easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was worth the 3-hr drive from our home in north central WA to Shoreline. Our (my wife's) Outback has a LOT more miles than our (my) "new" 19 Forester, so when our Outback wears out we will be giving Steve a call to find another Outback for my wife. I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.

Richard Knoll was excellent, professional, polite, no pressure, and explained everything. I brought my X3 in for a recall item. I appreciated Richard's assessment that my tires were good for another year. My car was returned to me washed and beautifully cleaned inside and out. It looked like new. Everyone I had contact with was amazing. Alivia, my sales person, followed every detail, nothing was to small. I needed a few days to finalize and pick up the car on her day off, my own fault. Everyone at the dealership treated me as if they were the one who sold me the car, they truly are a great team! My daughter bought a used vehicle same day and they helped educate her about insurance, transfer of title, all the things a young adult needs to learn.
