I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

I wish I had more stars to give this business. They made the car buying experience…dare I say…comfortable and exciting! I loathe purchasing cars, makes me sick to my stomach. But I sincerely have a new outlook after buying from the team at Subaru of Olathe. I obviously want a great deal. But, I am not a good negotiator, and I don’t know what charges are appropriate, what fees and add-ons are right for my situation…that’s why feeling comfortable with the business you’re working with is so important. They listened to me, and I feel like they heard me and helped me make great choices. Everything was quick and painless, and they put my dream in my driveway! I wanted a vehicle with a good safety rating and few, if any, recalls. Subaru was the only brand out there. I was able to find a vehicle with seats low enough for my handicapped husband to transition into, but still give me the all wheel drive and reliability I wanted. So far the gas mileage is great and though at first I wasn't keen on the stop and start feature at stoplights, I am realizing it will save me money and wear and tear on my engine in the long run. I am very happy with my purchase.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

I have always had a good experience with the service dept, and when recently buying a new Subaru, I had a really positive experience with Isaac. He was warm, courteous, and knowledgable. He found the car that I wanted, didn’t try to oversell anything (respected my boundaries on price and features), and kept me updated as to when the car would arrive. I get nervous going into these situations, but I never felt uncomfortable or like I needed to find another place to work with. I would recommend him and this dealership in an instant.

Van Subaru made buying my gorgeous 2025 Crosstrek Sport easy and fun-which is not usually the way when purchasing a new car. My last Subaru is still going strong after 11 years, but I wanted the upgraded version in terms of safety features and touchscreen, etc. I am in love with my new car-Subaru is a great car and they are really priced well!

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.
