My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

Transparent, fair and easy. Joe was very accommodating with test drives and answered all of my questions. We were never pressured during our visits. We have purchased two cars this year and both times the experience was great and the cars are very clean. Kudos to the detail center. Nate also was very helpful and thorough with the financing and extended warranty paperwork.

I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors,fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

Being honest I learned of company through a friend living in Thorndale/Downingtown area. Some days after I left was a bit annoyed because car I bought had a hard start problem and immediately felt overpaid What I have learned in process is these people stand by their word. Car may have been a bit pricy but after review of what you get I'm backing off and commending Barone on producing a stand out company. I've done the research and it appears these guys care. Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.
